Shipping Policy

 

Orders are normally shipped from our local warehouse the same day if the order is received before 1:00 PM and if those items are in stock at our local warehouse (except for weekends and holidays). Expect a delay in processing and shipping your order if your billing address does not match the address that is on file with your credit card company. We will notify via e-mail usually within 24 hours if the billing address does not match on file. If you do not respond to the e-mail we will attempt to contact you via phone.

 

USPS (Postal Service) shipping option can require up to five additional business days BEFORE it is shipped. USPS Priority Mail is NOT guaranteed 2 day service and can take up to two weeks to deliver. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, they deliver only to a physical street address.

 

Occasionally some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. In some rare cases mistakes are made and an order may not be processed correctly. This is an unfortunate fact of life. We do everything in our power to prevent this from occurring. If an error does occur that results in a delay, we will upgrade the shipping at no additional charge to the customer. We e-mail tracking numbers as soon as they are available. If the item is shipped from our local warehouse the tracking numbers are e-mailed the same day.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable, if your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted if you request a refund for a returned item. The shipping cost for items that are refused will be charged to your credit card unless an item is shipped to you in error. Actual shipping cost may be adjusted because or rising fuel cost.

 

International orders:

Merchandise Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the “MSRP” displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price for the product itself, as suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The “MSRP” is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

 

For certain items that are offered as a set, the “MSRP” may represent the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Bikebone.com can not confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, you will only be charged the correct, lower amount.

Bikebone.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in our product images and/or descriptions. However, Bikebone.com does not warrant that product images, descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Bikebone.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in un-used condition.

1. How to Order Special Order Sale (SOS)
After you have selected the Hit Air model you want to order, proceed to check out and submit your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details of your order and the terms of the special order.

 

2.Terms of Special Order Sale (SOS)
What is a "Special Order Sale" product?

Special Order Sale products are products that are not yet stocked in our warehouse and are being manufactured specifically to fill orders for individual customers who place those orders. Through this special arrangement the terms of sale differ from the terms ordinary sales.

All special order products are covered by the full manufacture’s warranty.
Special Order Sale items are prepaid in full. Shipment dates cannot be determined at the time that you place your order. Shipments are estimated to be no more than 3 to 4 weeks. We will periodically send you updates on the estimated shipment date of your order. Because of the CO2 cartridge, all shipments are via UPS or FEDEX ground service only.

 

3.SOS Refunds and Cancellations

If the order cannot be filled you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the order before the item is delivered, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

Exchanges are allowed for incorrect size errors or for product defects.

Refunds will only be allowed for items that are returned in NEW and UNUSED conditions including all tags and labels that are as they were affixed by the manufacturer.

Refunds are subject to 20% restocking fee.
